Once the item ships, please allow an additional 1-5 business days for delivery to your door. Because our products ship from warehouses and manufacturers across the US, exact shipping times will vary by item. And, your items may not ship together or arrive at the same time.

**Please note: orders shipped with expedited delivery options are not eligible for Shopzies's Free Shipping.

 

 

International Orders

Placing an international order

Shopzies is pleased to accept international orders of $500 or more (excluding shipping costs). There are three ways to place an international order with Shopzies:

• Our online shopping cart Add the items you wish to order to the Online Shopping Cart. At checkout, enter your information and be sure to give us the country to which you want your items shipped. An Shopzies Sales Representative will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm your order and get your approval for shipping charges. **Your order will not be processed until we have received your approval of the shipping costs.
• Place your order by phone International orders can also be placed by calling 1-800-280-9813. Be ready with the items you wish to order, and the exact address to which you want the items shipped. One of our friendly Sales Representatives will confirm your order total and shipping costs.
• Email us your order Send us an email at orders@shopzies.com This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , including the item(s) you wish to order and the complete shipping address. We'll contact you within 1-2 business days with a total for your order, including shipping costs.

In order to protect you from fraud, we will ask that you fax a copy of your credit card and a form of identification to 1-800-280-9813 before we process your order. We will send you an email requesting this information once we have received your online order-feel free to order now and fax the information later when we request it.

**Currently, Shopzies does not accept international orders less than $500 (excluding shipping).

 

Shipping rates

All international orders are subject to additional shipping fees, and are not eligible for Free Shipping offers. Be ready with the items you want to order and the exact address to which they will be shipping.

 

Customs and Brokerage Fees

International orders may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, brokerage fees and associated assessments. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charge by Shopzies does not include any of these fees. Customs fees are normally charged by the company delivering the package.

**Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on packages that are refused or sent back to Shopzies due to unexpected tariffs and customs fees.

Shopzies ships to the countries listed below. If you place an order on the site for a country other than the United States, you will be contacted via email with a shipping cost before the order is processed.

Payment options

International shipments can either be paid for by credit card or wire transfer.

For the security of your credit card and your identity, we will need you to fax a copy of the front and back of the credit card along with a copy of your identification (Driver's License, Passport) to 800-280-9813 number. Once this copy is received, we can process your credit card order.

For wire transfer orders, please call 1-800-280-9813 to complete your transaction.

 

Return policy for international orders

International shipments may be returned only if the item is received defective. Shopzies does not accept other returns for international orders.

 

Shipping times

All products have different estimated ship dates. These ship dates can be found in the "Shipping Info" icon located on the top of each product page. Please allow an extra 1-2 weeks beyond the stated time for delivery of international orders.

 

Expedited international shipping

We may be able to expedite both the manufacturing time (assuming the product is not in stock) and the shipping time. We'll contact you with the express delivery options for your items.

International orders carry additional shipping charges beyond standard orders. Express international orders will incur more charges beyond these. We'll seek your approval of all shipping charges before sending your order.

 

Shipping to a different address

We can ship your order to a different address than your billing address. Be sure the billing address you enter is the same as your credit card statement, and enter the alternate address as the shipping address at checkout.

We encourage you to ship your items to the address at which you will most likely be able to personally receive your package(s). This is recommended for the security of your order.

Your shipping cost can also be viewed in your Shopping Cart before finalizing your purchase. The exact shipping price and time varies, depending on product size, delivery method, and other factors. Pay close attention to shipping notes next to a product's price, and you'll be up-to-date on all of the shipping factors for your item(s).

• Free Shipping offer is valid only on qualified items. Eligible items are identified on their product information page with this free shipping icon: . They can also be identified in your shopping cart when Free appears in the shipping column.
• Shipping method will be selected by Shopzies. Free Shipping orders will be delivered via a standard ground shipping method selected by Shopzies or our direct-ship manufacturers/fulfillment centers. Express shipping orders are not eligible for Free Shipping.
• Offer does not apply to truck or freight shipments typical of oversized items. Some of the items we sell exceed the size limits for standard ground shipping and must be sent by truck or freight delivery. These items are labeled as oversized on their product information page, and will not feature the Free Shipping icon.
• Not available on international, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO orders. Only standard ground shipping orders to residential and commercial addresses in the continental US are eligible for Free Shipping.
